Waterford Boat Club has been based in our city since 1878. At almost 150 years old, it is the oldest sports club in the city and we are proud to say, one of the original founding members of Rowing Ireland. We have a deep history in the city and would attribute our survival to the generosity of our local members and businesses.

Canada Street is located just off William Street in Waterford City. Take the turn opposite “The Three Shippes” Bar and we are based on the Left hand side of Canada Street, opposite the Marina Hotel.

Christmas Party 2024
The Club Christmas party took place on Monday 16th Dec 2024. The Junior members went Ice Skating followed by food in Dooley’s Hotel. Huge thanks to Louise and Tina for organising the event and to all the staff at Dooley’s Hotel. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our members, families and supporters.
