Waterford Boat Club has been based in our city since 1878. At almost 150 years old, it is the oldest sports club in the city and we are proud to say, one of the original founding members of Rowing Ireland. We have a deep history in the city and would attribute our survival to the generosity of our local members and businesses.
Please see below a selection of images of our members training hard, competing and having fun ! and winning a few medals.
